Applications for the 2026-2027 school year open in February

• Pre-k 3:  Must be 3 years old September 1
• Pre-k 4:  Must be 4 years old by September 1
• Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old by September 1
• First Grade:  Must be 6 years old by September 1

Click on "application" at the top of this page to begin the online application.  Complete the Google Form.

Once all required fields of the online application are complete, you should review the information before moving to the payment. 

You will then be instructed to pay the $70 application fee.

You will receive a confirmation email that it has been submitted and received by LCCA.  If you do not, it is not submitted, and you have not completed all steps. 

Please have documents for admission prepared to submit upon acceptance (birth certificate, student immunization record, most recent report card). 

Parents will be notified of the decision to move forward to an interview for the parents and the student with the Head of School.  This is an opportunity to discuss policies and answer any questions about the school.

Following the interview, parents will be notified of the child’s approval for admission, non-approval, or placement into our waiting pool. 

Upon notification of approval, the parent will complete the enrollment packet and submit an enrollment fee of $150 (Non-refundable). 

Immunization Records will be required showing the child has had all the State of Texas required immunizations. Students cannot be admitted until complete immunization records are received.

Student admission is conditioned upon meeting all requirements outlined in the handbook. When admission is approved and all fees received, then the student is officially admitted.
